RETURN POLICY
AppliancePartsMasters.com offers its customers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return new parts in the original packaging within 30 days of shipping for refund. Refunds are offered only if the product has not been opened, used, installed, mishandled or tampered with in any way, this includes the factory packaging.
We will also pay the shipping cost if the part was shipped in error on our end. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make it easier for you.
Defective or Damaged Parts
If your part arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange of an identical part. Please notify us immediately if you received a damaged/defective part. We will ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Electrical & Gas Parts
Electrical Parts (Controls, Timers, and Switches), Special Orders, and Gas parts cannot be returned and do not qualify for refund. Exceptions will be made only if the mistake occurred on our end.
To initiate a return of an item purchased on AppliancePartsMasters.com please contact us via email for the Return Authorization. Please include the following information in your email:
1. Your Order Number
2. Model and Serial Number
3. Reason for the Return
Once contacted we will issue the Return Authorization, which needs to be included with your return item. We highly recommend that you receive a tracking number from the carrier of your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item it will be processed and a refund will be issued in accordance with our Return Policy. We will credit your card for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. Returns are normally processed within a few days, however your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or more depending on their policies.
